As soon as you can, preferably on day one, get in touch with us and tell us the extent of the damage. We would prefer you to contact us by phone so we can talk it all through with you, but if you prefer you can email us or fill in a claim form online.  We respectfully remind you that you are obliged to report any new claim promptly.   Telling us early will help everyone in the process of establishing the facts and making a decision. We will work with you throughout the entire claims process from initial response through final resolution. To make the whole claims process simpler and easier for you, we will:

  • Assign a dedicated claims advisor to help you through the process.
  • Notify your insurer about the incident
  • Act on your behalf to resolve any queries you have with your insurer
  • Liaise regularly with your insurer to try and achieve a prompt settlement.
  • With motor claims we can arrange a solicitor, if necessary (for personal injury claims as well as uninsured loss recovery), to ensure you get the right compensation
  • Try our best to reduce the time your claim takes
  • Keep you informed about your claim until its conclusion.
